Your child may be eligible to receive FREE health care services from Healthy Learners. We recognize that many families need help getting their children the medical care they need.  The current situation with COVID-19 has increased these hardships for many families.  If you need assistance with transportation for your child’s medical appointments, help navigating the medical system, coordinating care for your child or other supports, please fill out the online registration and consent form.
