21ST ANNUAL HEALTHY LEARNERS CHAMPIONS FOR CHILDREN GOLF TOURNAMENT

Scott and Jaimee O’Neal to receive 2020 Champions for Children Award at tournament
COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA – Healthy Learners is holding its 21st annual Healthy Learners Champions for Children Golf Tournament in Memory of George Younginer on Monday, November 2, 2020, at Columbia Country Club in Columbia, South Carolina.
The event includes a day of golf, food, entertainment, contests and prizes. The Columbia Country Club is committed to best practice cleaning and social distancing practices to keep players as safe as possible.
This year’s Premier Exclusive sponsor is BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. This year’s Champions for Children Award recipient is Scott and Jaimee O’Neal, owners of O’Neal Flooring Services, Inc., in Lexington, South Carolina
Event registration is open and teams can register online at https://healthylearners.com/events/golf/. Day-of registration begins at 10:30 a.m. followed by a noon shotgun start. The event includes complimentary food and beverages, a variety of contests and prizes, a silent auction, and hole-in-one contest sponsored by Dick Smith Automotive Group.
Proceeds from the tournament benefit the children served by Healthy Learners, which is a faith-based non-profit connecting children to care so poor health is not an obstacle to doing well in school. Healthy Learners partners with schools and community health care providers to not only help children secure needed health care services, but also to provide transportation and coordination of care for medical appointments.
