Healthy Learners began serving children in Richland School District One in 1992. Over the years, the program expanded to serve Richland School District Two as well as Lexington School Districts Two and Four. In 2021, we began to serve students in Fairfield County. The program serves elementary, middle, and high school students who lack adequate access to health care. To best serve the growing Hispanic population, Healthy Learners hired a bi-lingual Student Service Coordinator in 2019 to improve quality of care to our families. Based on our new strategic direction, Healthy Learners plans to explore expansion opportunities to meet the needs of children within the Midlands region.

Matthew 25:35-40 – “For I was hungry, and you gave me food, I was thirsty, and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.
